Qualifiche ed esperienza:

- Laurea o diploma ad indirizzo tecnico
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
- Pluriennale esperienza nella vendita di macchine per l'industria pesante o parti d’impianto per industria siderurgica

Caratteristiche personali:

- Autonomia, predisposizione alle relazioni interpersonali
- Predisposizione alla leadership e alla conduzione dei collaboratori

Completano il profilo:

- Ottime capacità di problem solving
- Predisposizione a lavorare per obiettivi
- Disponibile a viaggiare.


Compiti principali:
-Definire le politiche di pricing seguendo gli obiettivi aziendali di margine.
-Individuare le aziende target clienti
-Gestire e collaborare con di un team di 3 persone.
-Proporre una strategia commerciale con obiettivi di crescita di fatturato del 20% annuo.
-Definire una strategia nell’ottica di individuare nuove opportunità di business.
-Consolidare il rapporto con il cliente ed essere in grado di costruire un’offerta personalizzata.
-Raccogliere ed analizzare i feedback dei clienti in merito alla performance del prodotto, funzionalità e valore all’interno dei mercati serviti.
-Padroneggiare le specifiche tecniche e contrattuali, predisporre documenti di proposta e gestire in modo efficace la negoziazione.
-Essere in grado di integrarsi facilmente nell’ambiente aziendale, garantendo anche la crescita delle risorse interne.
